How long does it take?
Founding50 runs for 3 months from your agreed start date. Month 1 builds your foundation, month 2 launches and optimizes, and month 3 focuses on growth. We agree a working schedule after onboarding, and sending your assets, access and approvals quickly keeps it on track.
When do I pay?
Applying is free. After your consultation we confirm your slot, and the AED 1,000 + VAT fee is paid in full before the program starts. Work begins once we have your payment and onboarding information.
Is ad spend included?
No. Paid advertising isn’t part of Founding50, so ad spend on Meta, TikTok or Google isn’t included. When you’re ready to run ads, we can add advertising management as a separate service.
Is VAT included?
No. The price is AED 1,000 + VAT, and you’ll receive a VAT invoice.
What happens after the 3 months?
Once paid in full, the final deliverables are yours: the website, profiles, creatives and accounts, subject to any third-party licences. You can carry on yourself using your roadmap and monthly recommendations, or continue with us on a monthly growth package.
Can I add more to Founding50?
Yes. Founding50 stays the core of your plan, and if you want more growth from day one you can add one monthly package (Growth, Performance or Scale) when you apply, or later.
While both run, you get the higher monthly allowance for each item, not both added together, and your Founding50 deliverables are still delivered as planned. Nothing is charged when you apply: your Business Development Manager confirms the package scope and price at your consultation.

The program
01Program overview
Founding50 is an introductory program for the first 50 qualifying businesses. Instead of a one-off setup, we build your digital foundation and then support it through a 3-month launch period, so it’s working properly before you take it over.

The work follows three phases. Month 1 builds the foundation, month 2 focuses on launch, consistency and being found, and month 3 improves what’s working and sets out your next steps.

02Your agreement
Before we start, we prepare a client agreement in your company’s name. To complete it we’ll ask for:
- Your company’s legal name and trade name or brand
- Your TRN, if your business is VAT registered
- Your registered address
- The name and contact details of the person signing
- The agreement date and your program start date
Signing the agreement confirms you accept the program, its scope, revision limits, exclusions, payment terms and the other terms on this page.
Scope
03Revisions & changes
A revision round is one consolidated list of reasonable changes, sent after we present a draft. Collecting your team’s feedback into one list keeps each round clear and the timeline on track.

- Changes that significantly alter an approved brief, structure or direction fall outside the package.
- Changes requested after final approval, or caused by late or new information, may be charged separately.
- Unused revisions and content allowances don’t carry over after the program ends and have no cash value.
04Social media management
For the 3 months of the program, we manage your Instagram and TikTok at launch level: enough consistent, quality content to establish your presence.

05SEO
Founding50 SEO is a starter and local SEO service. It sets your business up correctly so customers can find you, and it isn’t an ongoing enterprise SEO program.

06Website
Your website is a simple informational and lead-generation site of up to 5 pages or sections, built from scratch and mobile-responsive. You provide accurate business information, pricing, contact details and the assets we need.

- Domain, hosting, premium themes or plugins, stock assets and other third-party software
07Paid advertising
Paid advertising is deliberately left out of Founding50 so the program can focus on building your foundation. Ad spend on Meta, TikTok, Google or any other platform isn’t included. When you’re ready to run ads, we can add advertising management as a separate service.
08Work outside the package
Anything beyond the Founding50 package is quoted separately and only starts with your written approval. For example:
- Extra website pages or an online store
- Content beyond the monthly allowance
- Influencer campaigns
- Advanced SEO
- Paid advertising
- Custom software, CRM and automation projects
Working together
09Your responsibilities
A few things from your side keep the program moving:
- Share accurate business information, prices, assets, account access and approvals.
- Make sure any content, photos, trademarks and materials you supply are yours or properly licensed.
- Send consolidated feedback promptly.
- Name one main decision-maker for approvals.
- Hold the business licences and permissions you need to operate and advertise.
10Timelines & delays
We agree a working schedule with you after onboarding. Delivery dates depend on receiving your assets, access, information and approvals on time.

- Work may pause while we wait for information or approvals.
The 3-month program runs from your agreed start date and isn’t automatically extended by delays on the client side.
11Payment

12Approvals, ownership & portfolio

- We may show completed work in our portfolio, website, social media and case studies. If you’d like your project kept confidential, tell us in writing before anything is published.
Legal
13Results
We build and run your digital presence carefully, but results depend on things outside our control: your market, competition, pricing and platform algorithms.
We don’t guarantee search rankings, followers, engagement, leads, orders, sales, revenue or advertising results.
14Cancellation
Either side can ask to end the agreement in writing. Founding50 is prepaid and we assign our team as soon as you pay, so fees for work already started or completed aren’t refundable.
If a refund applies, we calculate it against the work completed and reasonable onboarding and administration costs, in line with applicable law.
15General terms
- Any change to the scope is agreed in writing.
- If one part of the agreement turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
- The agreement doesn’t create an employment relationship, partnership or joint venture.
- We recommend reviewing the final signed agreement for any legal requirements specific to your business.

- Founding50’s own deliverables are still delivered as planned: logo, 5-page website, Google Business Profile, SEO starter and analytics setup.
- Nothing is charged when you apply.
